2. We Present You With An Offer

3. We Send You And Agreement
After we reach an agreement, we’ll prepare a standard purchase agreement for signature, which will then be sent directly to the title company through our closing attorneys.
4. We Open Escrow
The title company will confirm receipt of the purchase agreement and we'll deposit the earnest money. They will then contact you and provide a Seller Information Sheet to complete.
